Refund Policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS — HEGE EQUESTRIAN

SHIPPING

Free shipping on orders over €120 in mainland France.

MAINLAND FRANCE

  • Mondial Relay – Pick-up point: 24 to 72 business hours

  • Mondial Relay – Home delivery: 24 to 72 business hours

OVERSEAS TERRITORIES

  • Colissimo Overseas: 6 to 8 business days

EUROPE

  • Colissimo Europe: 3 to 8 business days

INTERNATIONAL

  • Colissimo International: 8 to 15 business days

Please note: additional delays may be applied by customs services. Shipping rates do not include any potential customs duties or import taxes.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. If delivery exceeds 30 days from the order date, the sales contract may be cancelled and the Customer refunded.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to do so.

Hege Equestrian does not offer exchanges. Only returns for refund are accepted.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund covers the full amount paid.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

To initiate a return, you must imperatively contact customer service at the following address:

A return form will then be sent to you and must be included inside the parcel to ensure proper and timely processing.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • returned in their original packaging

  • with all tags intact and hygienic protections in place (where applicable)

Returns sent via pick-up points are not accepted. Parcels must be returned exclusively via a carrier providing proof of shipment.

In the absence of proof of dispatch, no refund can be issued in the event of parcel loss.

Hege Equestrian reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Important Notice

In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, items purchased during sales periods or promotional offers are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
