Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after customer receipt or the date of the tracking number, only for unworn items. As a customer, you are required to inform us by email before returning the item, only in the following cases:

• Incorrect item received.
• Item received did not meet expectations (e.g., damaged packaging).
• This item has defects.
• Delivery deadline exceeded.
• The carrier does not allow inspection of the goods before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in their original packaging, protected, undamaged, and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be carefully packed in a cardboard box to ensure their protection during transport, ideally the same box used for the initial shipment.
